BAKEPLUS is a global company that was established in 1994 and merged to SAVENCIA FROMAGE & DAIRY, a French dairy company, in March 2018.
Since the acquisition, the Company has increased its annual turnover to 117 Billion KRW in 2022. BAKEPLUS has been supplying the best domestic and global products specialized in confectionery and baking ingredients and distributing the products to various channels from bakery & pastry shops to chain bakeries to high-end hotels to wholesalers and to key accounts such as CJ Foodville, A Twosome Place and Starbucks.
SAVENCIA FROMAGE & DAIRY, founded in 1956, is producing and selling representative products, CAPRICE des DIEUX, which has sold more than 3 billion units for nearly 70 years. Other SAVENCIA’s global brands include ILE DE FRANCE in retail cheese and VALRHONA in gourmet chocolate segments.

[주요업무]
- 매출 및 재고 분석을 통한 수요예측 (Demand planning) 및 공급사 Forecast communication
- 수입식품 구매 및 조달
- 발주 및 재고 관리, 검역 및 통관 업무
- 신제품 수입 가능성 검토 (관세사 협업) 및 관련 부서 협의 (품질, 영업, 마케팅 등)
- 수입상품 예상원가 산정 및 월별 표준원가 관리
- 공급사 관리 및 개발 : 단가 및 공급조건 협상, 공급 안정화를 위한 위기관리, 공급사 평가,공급사 제조소 등록 지원, 클레임 처리 협의 등
- 구매 마감 업무
- 통관비용 및 결제 대금 정산 (E count 전자 결제 진행)
- 구매 프로세스 개선을 통한 비용 절감 프로젝트 운영
- 관련 부서 협업 : 영업, 마케팅, 품질, 물류, 재경, 고객지원 부서 등
[자격요건]
- 학력 : 4년제 학사 이상
- 경력 : 신입 또는 경력 10년 이하
- 전공 : 전공 무관, 식품관련 전공 우대
[필수역량]
- 식품수]입 관련 경력 (유제품, 초콜릿 등 제과제빵 원료 수입 경력 우대)
- 수입식품 관련 제반 법규 (식약처, 관세청) 지식
- 비즈니스 영어 능통
- 구매, 소싱 프로세스 지식 및 경험
- 글로벌 공급사 협상 경험
- Excel을 활용한 데이터 및 정보 분석 능력 (파워피봇)
- 수요예측 및 재고관리
