Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the efficient customer meeting by delivering product descriptions and academic content that meets the purpose of the meeting.
  • Provide business support through various channels, for increasing the probability of the pipeline’s target customer (internal/external training, etc.).
  • Collaborates and prepare related materials for customer meeting and sales process suitable from a sales point of view based on academic content with sales representative
  • Participate in revenue generation initiatives through promotion of value added products and services, while developing and strengthening customer and market relationships that result in customer loyalty and positive referrals
  • Coordinate and provide academically support of bioMérieux solutions to customers : training(including re-training) on customer site, Product Presentation, Guide or coach other professionals.
  • Provide solution to internal and external customer inquiries according to established standards, consulting as appropriate with technical sales Specialists Network, System Engineers, Management, and Global Customer Support.
  • Comply with quality, legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.



  • Bachelors or master degree in Natural science, Bioscience, Biotechnology and Clinical laboratory
  • More than 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Application and Training operations, Medical technologist
  • Expert on his/her products ranges (Microbiology)
  • Demonstrate teaching, training skills, able to work independently, effectively multitask to meet deadlines and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office programs
  • Ability to train peers and/or news comers, as well as distributors, in his /her area of expertise
  • Fluent in English (writing, speaking)
