[Bluebell Korea] Assistant to Gerenal Management

Reponsabilities (by priority)

- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of Managing Director and the company
- Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
- Schedule and manage daily meetings and appointments for Managing Director to focus on business priorities 
- Participate to support various projects/ duties requested by President
- General administrative works (claim expenses, coordinate business trips, support business trips for regional visitors etc.)
*Job-Title: Cha-jang or Blu-jang 

Competences & Education and Experience: 

- Minimum 7 years of related work experience
- University Graduate
- Fluent French, English, Korean skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
