Job summary

CLSi and BCP plan Manager in CACIB Seoul Branch
In charge of providing support to CACIB Seoul’s management on ad-hoc local studies, as well as wider Regional or Group projects.

Key Responsibilities

CLSi (Coordinator of Local Security Information)

Manage Information System Security within the Bank by increasing staff awareness
Coordinate Head Office initiatives and campaigns
Implement controls and tools to ensure the Bank’s Information Security are kept under control, following by HO ISS (Information System Security) and local initiatives

BCP Plan Manager

Coordinate the Bank’s BCP (Business Continuity Plan) arrangement in accordance with the business line’s needs
Ensure the business continuity for all critical processes of the bank
Schedule and perform all BCP related tasks, and keep local BCP setup up-to date
Assist Management on any crisis situation, but not limited to BCP activation, staff alert, etc.

Project Manager

Assist on coordination of local, regional, and head office projects on office automation, application systems enhancement and maintenance
Provide full support users on major banking system’s functional issues
Consolidate the Bank’s local procedures, and assist on reviewing and streamlining departmental procedure to enforce work standards and controls
Assist and advise the Head of Organization Korea, the SCO (Senior Country Officer) and the COO (Chief Operating Officer) Korea on any ad-hoc projects or studies
