De'Longhi Korea(드롱기 코리아) - Marketing Executive

De’Longhi Korea was established as the wholly-owned Korean subsidiary company of De’Longhi Group in 2012 in Korea. It has been selling Espresso, Full Automatic Machine, Food Preparation, Kitchen Machine, Hand Blander, Food Processor etc. under De’Longhi, Kenwood and Braun brand. Also, it has been expanding its categories & products which offer new solutions to answer new Korea people aspirations to prepare and eat at home healthy and tasty food. In terms of distribution, De’Longhi Korea covers extensive channels including department stores, hyper markets, electric specialist chains and traditional market.


1. Purpose: 
 This marketing executive is responsible for new product support, event management and various marketing activities related delonghi concept stores. She/he works for 3core brands- Delonghi, Kenwood and Braun in Korea, assisting marketing communication manager, collaborating with other functional marketing members and sales team.

2. Principle Accountabilities:

  • New product launch support  
  • Take lead marketing events
  • Manage Delonghi gadget, Concept store promotion and event
  • Lead local package  

3. Main Responsibilities:
 - New product launch support  

  • Prepare the product data sheet in KR and Eng
  • Prepare presentation for customers and business partners
  • Prepare and update brochure, leaflet, catalogue (including retailers catalogue)

- Take lead on marketing events

  • Support various marketing/customer events 
  • Create product presence and demo opportunities for target consumers
  • Follow up products and other supports for sponsoring

- Manage delonghi gadgets and concept store promotion/event Manage and develop delonghi gadgets 

  • Create and support concept store promotions/event (incl. pop-up store)

- To local package and additional product components  

  • Develop promotional package, local rework.
  • Fill- up additional product components 

- Work allocation, Review and approval

  • Review and agree work priorities with marketing communication manager
  • Attend the marketing review meeting

- Contact with others

  • Within De’Longhi Kenwood Korea: BSM, Area managers, Marketing team, back office, Logistics,…
  • Outside the Company: Agencies, partners


4. Job Requirements

Knowledge and Personal Arributes:

  • Min 3years experience in new product support and event management  
  • Understanding consumer insights, behaviour and trend in small domestic appliances
  • Fluent in English
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Precise and organised
  • Team player, self motivated
