THE JOB
Under the responsibility of the Branch Director and in close collaboration with our experts in France, your objectives will be to carry out all activities related to the registration and maintenance of marketing authorisations for cosmetic products, in compliance with the various international regulations.
YOUR MISSIONS
CLIENT RELATIONS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
● Provide operational support to dedicated clients to ensure compliance of their products with applicable regulations
● Manage projects to ensure deadlines are met
● Set up project monitoring files as needed
REGULATORY EXPERTISE
● Collect the regulatory information necessary for registration and compliance in Europe, USA, Canada, Korea and other regions
● Exchange with local experts, in Europe and outside Europe
● Draft PIFs and carry out compliance analyses
● Participate in the making of product registration files.
This position implies an ease in project management as well as in the manipulation of various softwares
THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
● You have a scientific master's degree (chemistry, biology, etc.)
● You have an appetite for the cosmetics, chemicals and/or regulatory sectors
● You are fluent in Korean, English and/or French, both orally and in writing
● You have 1 to 3 years of experience in the cosmetics/chemicals regulatory industry
YOUR SKILLS
● You have strong communication skills and do your work in the best interest of your clients
● You like teamwork and are able to work on several projects simultaneously
● You are eager to learn and explore new regulations
