IT Concept - Finance / Accounting & Administrative assistant

IT-Concept is an IT consulting and IT outsourcing company located in Seoul. We are specialized in infrastructure server, network, security, and IT governance.
Since 2011 our multicultural team (Korean, English and French) support global companies in the achievements of their projects with a range of turnkey personalized IT solutions.


IT-Concept is looking for a native Korean speaking French or English to join its sales & administrative department. The main tasks are the following


1. Accounting:

In coordination with the accounting office (third-party service):

  • Tracking all day-to-day expenses and purchases of the company.
  • Payment of taxes (income tax, Corporate Taxes, VAT)
  • Perform all business invoicing. This includes recurring (monthly / yearly) and one-off billings. These invoices are made in Korea (Korean HomeTax system and Ecount ERP) and abroad (international bank transfer). Invoices in several currencies (mainly KRW and USD).


2. Finance

  • Monthly Financial report to GM.
  • Forecast budget per quarter.
  • Assist on finance optimization and search for subsidies.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Assist & advise on internal financial decision.


3. Human Resources

  • Employees annual leaves management (receive and process requests).
  • Gather and record employee’s expenses bills.
  • Perform monthly payroll with the help of our accounting office
  • Assist employees with any administrative needs: insurance, visa for foreign employees, medical checkup, etc.
  • Employees contract management.


4. Office Administration

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material within budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (ex. office cleaning service company).
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Official documents management (contracts, etc…)
  • Office management (rentals, moving / address change, supplier management.


5. IT « Helpdesk » (Korean/English)
You will closely work with the person in charge of the IT support & logistic (you will receive specific training) :

  • - Support the helpdesk call center during rush hours if needed.
  • - Cover for the helpdesk during the person in charge’s holidays.


Job offer details

  • Long term contract (with 3-months’ probation period)
  • Full-time 40h / week.
  • The job is based in Seoul (Yeongdeungpo-gu Office / Mullae station).
  • Flexible management and nice working conditions (few / no overtime work, challenging, motivated and smiling team)
  • Holidays: 5 weeks of annual leaves per year (after the first year), +12 “days off” per year.
  • Salary negotiable according to experience.


Skills required

  • Language:
  • Korean native-level mandatory
  • Professional English or French

Note: Native level is not required for French or English. Only professional communication is required.

  • Knowledge on Korean accounting. You understand Korean tax & invoicing system for SMEs.
  • Master basic administrative and accountability tools (Excel, knowledge about CRM or ERP, knowledge about well-known accounting services such as Duzon or Ecount)



  • Master or bachelor’s degree, with potential experience in administration or accounting in SME.
  • ERP system experience, Ecount strongly appreciated.
  • Junior profile can apply: As long as you have relevant knowledge in administrative & accounting activities, and you are willing to put effort into learning and improving in a long-term perspective.
  • With a pro-active mindset, you suggest solutions to improve existing process and tools.
  • You are strongly independent, and you can handle multitasking (this job is about working on lots of small and various tasks).
