RALFKAIROS - Junior Project manager of a Marketing Hybrid Event in Korea
Duration: 6 months (July 2022 to December 2022)

Prerequesites :
- Korean fluent for business.
- Minimum one experience in managing B2B relationship in Korea.
- Being a very organized person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of organizing successful events.
You will be supported by our management with daily / weekly meetings

Context:
RALFKAIROS organized its 1st online One Day event about cybersecurity in Asia in 2021.
It was a big success with attendees from 10 countries, 330 participants, 50% of Korean professionals.
We are looking for a junior project manager to handle the 2nd edition in coordination with our event co-organizers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Coordinate events and meetings by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.
Improve our sponsorship and find sponsors.
Manage the recruitment of sponsors in Korea and Overseas for the event.
Identify, invite and manage the VIP speakers, organize a dry run.
Prepare the campaign to attract customers through SNS.
Actively promote FICCA events and presence.
Maintain files and graphics for event related projects.
Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
Create, compile and export databases containing all information for the event.
Maintain email lists & SNS groups for internal and external communications.
Assist in creating and collating marketing materials as needed.
Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
Project coordination :
- 1 person for design (banners, leaflets, website theme...).
- 1 person to invite personally every attendees.
- 1 subcontractor for Dday event online organization.
- 2 interpreters, 1 MC.
- 1 Hybrid event team.
