Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences is a five-star hotel located in Seoul Songpa, opened in September 2021. There is a total of 563 guest rooms and 5 F&B outlets, along with successful banquet / catering operations.

Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in kitchen operations.
- Extensive experience in cooking French Cuisine.
- Supervision of a team of culinary.
- Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.
- Motivate, supervise, and discipline team members to ensure their capabilities and degree of professionalism meet the needs of guests and the organization.
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef.
- Lead, mentor, and train de French restaurant kitchen team.
- Maintain and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation.
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive guest services.
- Follow hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / local guidelines) and ensure daily compliance.
