Human Resources & Compliance

In an increasingly complex and constantly evolving economic environment, human resources and compliance have become essential strategic drivers for companies operating in Korea. To support its members in addressing these major challenges, the FKCCI launched its HR & Compliance Committee on July 9, 2025.

This new initiative aims to foster dialogue and cooperation among CEOs, HR Directors, CFOs, and Compliance Officers within the FKCCI network. The committee will meet quarterly and provide a dedicated forum for discussion on key topics such as regulatory developments, workplace transformation, talent management, and corporate governance.

We warmly invite members to take part in the committee to share their experiences, discuss current trends in HR and compliance, and contribute to the development of sustainable business practices in Korea.
