Arkema's Leadership Academy held in Hanyang University
Arkema has set an ambitious roadmap for its development in coming years. Soft skills will be a key differentiator that will define those “winners” in the competitive landscape. They will enable the company to respond to today’s challenges with creativity and innovation. Developing “soft skills” can make the difference, and move Arkema beyond our traditional focus as a “material-oriented” industry.
The Arkema Leadership Academy adopts this philosophy. We are offering our talents a tailor-made program to strengthen their soft skills, to accompany them in their growth, to prepare them for being future leaders of this company.
The Arkema Leadership Academy illustrates the strong willingness of the Group to invest in people. These moments of training and networking will be a key step in their career development.
This year, for the 2nd module of the program, we are hosted in the Campus of HanYang University in Korea. The program welcomed also 2 professors from HanYang to share cultural aspect and the Korean economic insight. The cooperation was a very enriching experience.
