II. Our Services

The FKCCI can conceptualize and implement your internal or external events from team building to special networking events of all sizes and calibers. As experts in event organization, FKCCI is very flexible with the services that we offer and can offer our services on an individual basis, depending on your needs. The spectrum of services that we offer include, but are not limited to:

 

Communication & Promotion

  • Emailing campaigns to FKCCI members and partners (over 7,000 contacts)

  • Event registration page creation and management

  • Communication on FKCCI website and social media channels

  • Design and production of banners (on request)

  • Press release support and media outreach (optional)

 

Logistics & On-Site Coordination

  • Venue and hotel booking through FKCCI’s premium partner network

  • Catering coordination (breakfasts, lunches, cocktail receptions)

  • Equipment rental and technical support (AV, translation, etc.)

  • On-site registration and guest management (minimum 4 FKCCI staff)

  • Photography coverage of the event

III. Pricing & Customization

Our event service is fully customizable to meet your objectives and budget.

  • Full event planning: from 20% to 30% of the total event cost, depending on complexity and scope

  • Additional services: quotations provided upon request based on selected options and partner venues
