Luxury Committee – Exploring Innovation, Heritage and Excellence in the Luxury Industry
On November 10, 2025, the FKCCI Luxury Committee gathered at Studio I, Andaz Seoul Gangnam, for an exclusive members-only session focused on the evolving world of luxury perfumery.
We were honored to welcome Marie Rosenstiehl-Russo, Worldwide Fine Fragrance Design Director & Olfactive Strategist at L’Oréal Group, who shared her insights on “Adapting to a Changing World: How Unprecedented Challenges Are Shaping the Future of Luxury Fragrance Creation.”
During this interactive presentation, participants explored how global challenges, shifting consumer mindsets, and digital influence are redefining luxury fragrance creation. Attendees also had the unique opportunity to experience fragrances firsthand, discovering how creativity, science, and market understanding combine to craft scents that evoke emotions and memories.
The session concluded with a Q&A and a networking moment, offering members a chance to discuss trends and opportunities in the luxury sector.
