FKCCI Brings Teams Together for its Third Internal Seminar and Awards Ceremony

The FKCCI recently held training seminar week to prepare its team for the upcoming season of events and activities for FKCCI’s members.
Over three days, employees took part in sessions on cybersecurity, improving FKCCI services in its new premises, innovation as a strategic driver, with insights from business leaders and CEOs.
Mr. Olivier Mouroux, Board Member of FKCCI and CEO of Asiance, conducted a course on optimizing FKCCI services as part of the preparations for the Chamber's upcoming move to Maison France. Additionally, CEO Sylvère Smoglia and Solène Catella from IT Concept led a workshop on the growing influence of artificial intelligence in working practices. These interactive activities further enhanced creativity and efficiency.
Finally, the seminar provided a platform to recognize the hard work of the FKCCI team through an awards ceremony. Results were the following :
FKCCI Awards:
Best Project Award: Jiae KIM

The Best Project Award recognizes outstanding project execution. Part of the communication team, Jiae Kim received this award for successfully delivering the 140th-40th Anniversary Commemorative Book, which celebrates French-Korean diplomatic and business relations.
Best Individual Performance Award: Tristan ZULIANI

The Best Individual Performance Award recognizes outstanding personal achievement. In charge of the support for French companies expanding into South Korea, this performance requires monthly reporting and meticulous support.
Best Collaboration Award: Seunghun LEE, Younji KIM, Yoonhee CHANG & Sunju MOON
The Best Collaboration Award celebrates teamwork and cooperative achievement. The Event Team received this recognition for fostering exceptional synergy, displaying inviting environment and delivering remarkable results with key partners, including the French Embassy in South Korea. Sunju Moon received this recognition for her pivotal role in advancing France-Korea cooperation and build lasting partnerships.
Innovation Award: Camille LEMEILLE & Wiham IDBELLA

The Innovation Trophy celebrates creativity, innovation but also partnership. Camille LEMEILLE & Wiham IDBELLA earned this distinction for driving initiatives across major FKCCI projects, including the Chamber's new visual identity, its 40th anniversary celebrations, and overall, the visibility of events through social media.
Resilience Award: Eunjoo LEE

The Resilience Award celebrates extraordinary perseverance in challenging circumstances. Eunjoo Lee was recognized for her exceptional commitment, successfully and independently overseeing the preparation of VivaTech 2026 FKCCI booth.
Special Prizes: Yuju KIM & Sora PARK
This year Yuju KIM and Sora PARK received a special legacy prize underlying their behind-the-scenes contributions to FKCCI. They received the Special Prize for their outstanding contribution to the organization of the CCI Asia Seminar. Thanks to their commitment and logistical expertise, both played a key role in ensuring a smooth transition to FKCCI Maison France premises.
*The winners are recognized through peer-to-peer evaluation, with FKCCI team evaluating and recognizing each other’s projects, contributions and achievements.
