FKCCI Participates in High-Level Dialogue with Korea’s National Tax Service and Foreign Chambers of Commerce

On May 14, 2026, the FKCCI participated in a high-level meeting organized by Korea’s National Tax Service (NTS) and KOTRA at the President Hotel in Seoul, bringing together representatives from eight major foreign chambers of commerce in Korea.
The meeting gathered leaders from the American, European, German, French, British, Japanese, Chinese, and Australian business communities, alongside officials from Invest KOREA and the Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman. FKCCI Chairman David-Pierre Jalicon represented the French-Korean business community during the discussions.
The event provided an opportunity for direct exchanges between foreign business representatives and Korean authorities regarding the business environment and investment conditions in Korea. During the session, the National Tax Service presented its future innovation plans and tax support measures dedicated to foreign-invested companies, while participating chambers shared questions, recommendations, and feedback from their respective business communities.
The meeting highlighted the importance of continued dialogue between Korean institutions and the international business community to further strengthen Korea’s attractiveness for foreign investment and support the development of foreign companies operating in the country.
