Ivan Dobrowolski Appointed as CEO of BakePlus Korea
With a strong international background and over fifteen years of experience in food distribution and management, Ivan Dobrowolski steps into his new role as Chief Executive Officer of BakePlus, the distribution subsidiary of the Savencia Group in Korea. A graduate of Sup de Co Reims (MSc) and Viadrina Universität (MIBA), he began his career at Metro Cash & Carry in Vietnam from 2008 to 2014. He then joined the Savencia Group, holding various positions in Indonesia, Taiwan and later overseeing the Middle East and Africa region from 2021 to 2025.
Today, as CEO of BakePlus Korea, Ivan aims to further strengthen the company’s role as a key distributor in the Korean bakery and pastry sector, continuing the group’s legacy of quality, innovation and excellence.
