KCCI investigates cases of regulatory challenges for Foreign-Invested Companies in Korea
In partnership with the Chambers of Foreign Commerce and Industry in Korea, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry(KCCI), a valued institutional member of ours, is conducting a thorough investigation into regulatory cases affecting foreign-invested companies to improve the foreign investment landscape. This proactive effort aims to identify and address regulatory obstacles that may hinder the growth and success of international businesses in Korea.
Through sharing your insights and experiences, you have the opportunity to contribute towards shaping a more favorable business environment for foreign investors.
How to Participate
Eligibility
Open to foreign-invested companies that hold membership with FKCCI.
Survey
Kindly fill out the attached form, detailing the regulatory challenges and status faced by your organization, including suggestions for improvement and any relevant overseas precedents.
