New CEO of the Joint Venture S-OIL TotalEnergies Lubricants
Mr. Olivier BELLION has extensive 28 years in the oil industry, including 17 years’ experience in the lubricants industry, having held several key positions in various international environments.
Since May 2022, Olivier has been the Managing Director of TotalEnergies Lubrifiants Algérie. Prior to this role, Olivier served as the head of Strategy & Business Support at TotalEnergies Lubricants Business Line in Paris.
Olivier's international experience also includes roles as Managing Director of TOTAL Lubrificantes do Brasil, TOTAL Dominicana and TOTAL Especialidades Venezuela Ltd, where he created the Dominican affiliate and managed territories including the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and the Caribbean.
He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering in Paris.
