Picnic on the Bridge Highlights French Culinary Brands at Seoul Food Festival 2026
On May 30, the FKCCI was pleased to highlight the presence of several French food and beverage companies during Picnic on the Bridge, one of the flagship events of Seoul Food Festival 2026, held at Banpo Hangang Park.
Bringing together thousands of visitors along the Han River, Picnic on the Bridge transformed one of Seoul’s most iconic locations into a vibrant celebration of gastronomy, culture, and international flavors. Throughout the day, visitors enjoyed gourmet discoveries, premium tastings, and direct encounters with producers and brands from Korea and around the world.
French expertise in the food and beverage sector was proudly represented by a selection of FKCCI member companies and partners, including Andros, Bonne Maman, Cafés Richard, Clément Faugier, France Gourmet, Laïta, La Belle-Iloise, Le Meunier, and Oliviers & Co. From premium coffees and artisanal seafood specialties to traditional chestnut delicacies, French cheeses, dairy products, fruit-based products, and Mediterranean gourmet selections, each company showcased the diversity and quality of French gastronomy.
The event offered a valuable opportunity for Korean consumers and food enthusiasts to discover authentic French products while engaging directly with the brands behind them. It also reflected the growing appetite for premium international food experiences and the continued success of French food products in the Korean market.
Through events such as Picnic on the Bridge, the FKCCI continues to support the visibility of French companies in Korea while promoting the richness, innovation, and savoir-faire of France’s food and beverage industry.
