Valerie Hotton is an experienced senior manager in Sales & Marketing with over 20 years of expertise. She has a solid history of accomplishments and strong business referrals, coupled with a focus on developing people. With a background in leading large Marketing and Sales FMCG organizations like Danone, her leadership is well-established. 

In 2014, when she moved to Asia with her family, Valerie decided to share her experience by founding her Training & Development company. Her company is dedicated to personal and professional growth, covering topics like management, time management, stress management, and public speaking. Valerie's commitment to nurturing people's growth led her to expand into coaching as well.
