A Practical Executive Workshop for Korean Leaders Presenting to Overseas Headquarters

The FKCCI, in partnership with the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) and AustCham Korea, is pleased to present a new HRD Thursday Training dedicated to executive communication with overseas headquarters.

Every presentation delivered to headquarters shapes how a leader’s performance is perceived and can directly influence future decisions regarding budgets, investments, resources, headcount, and strategic support.

Many Korean executives demonstrate strong technical expertise and deliver excellent business results. However, when presenting to overseas headquarters, their messages may lose impact if they are not structured according to the way international executives assess business proposals and strategic recommendations.

This highly practical workshop will help participants communicate with greater clarity, influence, and executive credibility when engaging with international decision-makers.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This HRD Thursday Training is designed for Korean executives and senior professionals who regularly communicate with regional or global headquarters, including:

  • Country Managers
  • Senior Directors
  • Business Unit Heads
  • High-potential leaders preparing for regional or global leadership roles
  • Executives responsible for presenting business results, budgets, investments, or strategic recommendations to overseas headquarters

WHY JOIN?

Strong business results alone are not always enough to secure support from overseas headquarters. Executives must also demonstrate strategic thinking, present a clear business case, and communicate their recommendations with confidence.

Through practical frameworks, case studies, discussions, and executive communication exercises, participants will learn how to transform business information into compelling messages aligned with the expectations of international decision-makers.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN

Participants will learn how to:

  • Present business results as a compelling strategic narrative rather than simply reporting data
  • Align recommendations with the decision-making expectations of international executives
  • Build stronger business cases for budgets, headcount, investments, and strategic initiatives
  • Communicate difficult results while maintaining management confidence and trust
  • Anticipate and respond confidently to challenging questions from headquarters
  • Deliver messages in English with greater authority, precision, and executive presence
