The FKCCI is supporting Club V.I.E. for an exclusive session featuring insights from Josun Palace, one of Seoul’s leading luxury hotels. This event will explore the art of receiving, French savoir-faire, and the principles of guest experience that define excellence in luxury hospitality.
In the modern luxury hotel sector, success is measured not only through design or amenities but also by the experience delivered to every guest. This session will examine how French and Korean approaches to hospitality converge, highlighting attention to detail, service quality, and the creation of memorable guest experiences.
