Speaker Coach and Consultant Ms. Diane E.HONG, CEO of CLT Diane is the founder of CLT, intercultural coach and facilitator since 1995. She owes her specialization in the intercultural field to extensive stays in U.S., Asia, and Europe. Her area of expertise lies in the field of leadership training and coaching, intercultural coaching for the cultures she worked in, global business skills, and improving the performance of virtual international teams.
Ms. Hong is the author of ' CLT Practical Korean', a book about Korean language and culture. She has been a guest speaker on Arirang radio over the years for the daily segments to the global listeners, TBS eFM to talk about tips for foreign business people, Kyoungin Radio broadcasting for a year to talk about global business etiquette and norms for Korean business people. During the course of her career, Diane has worked with numerous global companies in the automotive, consumer, oil & gas, banking, and pharmaceutical industries as well as embassies, business councils and Swiss, German delegations. Ms. Hong founded CLT company, a leading Korean company in intercultural competences development. This undertaking has not curtailed her own training and coaching activities, which still represent a prime professional passion. Diane is a certified coach, Korean Coach Association, and member of SIETAR.
