On Thursday, April 9th, the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), in collaboration with the Korean German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) and the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (AustCham), invites you to a HRD Training Thursday session dedicated to leadership and cross-cultural management.

Under the theme “How to Lead and Steer Korean Teams within a Multinational”, this interactive seminar will provide practical tools to enhance two-way communication, build trust, and foster performance within multicultural environments.

Led by professional development expert Mr. Simon Bureau, Founder & CEO of Vectis, the session will equip expatriate managers and executives with actionable strategies to navigate Korea’s evolving corporate landscape.
