At the occasion of the 14th Gwangju Biennale of Contemporary Arts, Gwangju City and GJFEZ kindly invite FKCCI members for a full day visit!
Curated by Artistic Director Sook-Kyung Lee, Senior Curator of the Tate Modern in London, the 14th Gwangju Biennale proposes to imagine our shared planet as a place of resistance, coexistence, solidarity and care by thinking of the potential for transformation and restoration of water as a metaphor, a force and a method. Titled 'Soft and weak like Water', it celebrates a model of watery power that brings about change, embracing contradictions and paradoxes.
The 14th Gwangju Biennale complements this main exhibition with a rich series of public programs that are offered throughout its duration. At this occasion, Gwangju city and GFEZ invite FKCCI members on a day trip along with a foreign delegation, that will include the visit of the biennale, cultural sites in the city, as well as an economic program to discover Gwangju's Green Car Cluster, and the Gwangju Free Economic Zone!

* The departure time is at 7:46 am at KTX Yongsan Station and the departure time from Gwangju is at 6:19 pm at Gwangju-Songjeong Station.
* All transport between different venues are handled by the organizers.
