Andaz Seoul Gangnam Unveils Modern Korean Dining, 'Jogakbo Kitchen'

Andaz Seoul Gangnam, a valued member of FKCCI and part of the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts collection in Apgujeong, introduces its newest dining experience, 'Jogakbo Kitchen.'

Based on the brand's philosophy that the only true way to experience a destination is by immersing oneself in all senses, Jogakbo Kitchen aims to reinterpret the traditional flavors of Korean cuisine using healthy ingredients in a modern Andaz way, presenting meticulously crafted dishes with a delicate touch. 

For lunch, a seasonal tray set is served with delicacies such as premium beef flank, authentic Korean Bulgogi, and chili marinated salmon served in a rice stone pot, accompanied by soup and modern Korean dessert. 

In the evening, a traditional set table called "Juansang" will be prepared to welcome guests. You will enjoy various traditional dishes revisited in a modern approach including beef Yukhoe, sea bream tartare, braised beef ribs Galbijjim, and Jeju black pork. Guests can complement their meal with a choice of four pairing drinks or enjoy various beverages.  

Damien Selme, the Executive Chef of Andaz Seoul Gangnam, expressed his will to "offer guests a new culinary experience through a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation" and expressed his hope for guests to "discover the unique charm of familiar Korean cuisine."
