About FKCCI

Established in 1986, the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) is a business association that represents and drives the French-Korean business community. With more than 450 members in all sectors, FKCCI is supporting companies wishing to develop their activities in the Korean and French markets, while maintaining an important institutional network.

FKCCI is a member of the network of French Chambers of Commerce abroad, which has 119 Chambers in 94 countries, and 33,000 member companies.

FKCCI takes on various missions to promote trade and investment between France and Korea:

  1. Support for companies to enter and develop in the French and Korean markets through customized services
  2. Cooperation within the business networks between France and Korea, including institutional networks
  3. Network animation through events and communication
  4. Information on Korean and French markets

The Director of Administration & Finance oversees FKCCI finance and administration department. Responsibilities include directing and managing finances, human resources, administration and operations related to the management of the business center of the chamber.

 

Main tasks

  • Provide financial oversight for the organization, develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting ; manage organizational cash flow ; manage audits and tax obligations.
  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
  • Prepare contracts and agreements related to FKCCI activities including the business center management.
  • Establish procedures and internal controls to improve security and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems that increase financial and operational efficiency
  • Participate in HR initiatives and remain current on best practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Supervise administrative and financial staff.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, MBA/CPA preferred.
  • 5-10 years' of financial and operations management experience.
  • Ability to design and implement best practices in financial and operations management.
  • Knowledgeable of best practices in human resources management.
  • Good capacity to analyze and synthetize, autonomous and organized English and Korean, French preferred.

 

Duration

  • Fixed-term contract of 1 year, renewable once (possibility of permanent contract after)
  • Start date: ASAP
