FKCCI signs MOU with Songpa Women’s Resources Development Center and Songpa Women’s Reemployment Center

The FKCCI is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Songpa Women’s Resources Development Center and Songpa Women’s Reemployment Center on September 11, 2025.

Through this partnership, the FKCCI and its partners will cooperate to promote training programs, employment support, and work–life balance initiatives. The collaboration also aims to help companies address recruitment challenges by fostering professional opportunities that contribute to sustainable social and economic development in Korea.

This agreement is part of the FKCCI’s broader commitment to inclusive growth and to supporting its members in building strong human resource strategies. It follows the successful launch of the Chamber’s new HR & Compliance Committee in July 2025, which brought together CEOs, HR Directors, and Compliance Officers for insightful discussions on key HR issues in Korea.

The event highlighted concrete approaches to employee engagement, long-term HR commitment, and fostering fairness and trust in the workplace.

By linking these initiatives, the FKCCI reaffirms its mission to strengthen the Franco-Korean business community through cooperation, knowledge-sharing, and the development of more sustainable and inclusive workplaces.
