Job Title: AI Solutions Engineer
Location: Based in Seoul, with occasional travel or customer-site work
Report to: Head of Al Department
Context
As part of the expansion of our Artificial Intelligence department, IT-Concept is looking for a motivated and technically skilled profile with prior exposure to AI technologies to help design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and automation solutions for our customers.
Our department works on a wide range of projects including Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, business process automation, knowledge management solutions, and custom Al-powered applications.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with customers and act as a solution architect, designing practical AI and automation solutions that address targeted operational and business needs.

Responsibi ities
- Understand customer business needs and translate them into practical AI.
- Design,build, and deploy solution prototypes or production-ready components using relevant AI, cloud, automation, and data technologies.
- Integrate AI capabilities into business applications, workflows, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Supportcustomers and internal teams from solution design to deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to internal R&D, reusable assets, and the evolution of the AI service offering.
Ski s Required Core Skills
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Familiarity with MCP, agent skills, tool integration,and emerging AI agent interoperability patterns.
- Ability to design practical Al/automation solutions based on operational needs.
- Experience with at least one major AI platform, such as OpenAl, Azure AI or equivalent.
- Ability to work with APIs, data flows, and cloud-based services.
- Development skills, ideally with Python.
- Understanding of RAG, knowledge management, or document-based AI use cases.
- Experience with automation tools or workflow platforms.
Optional Skills / Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAl, AI Search, or Document Intelligence.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Microsoft certifications are a strong plus.

Languages
- Professional English required.
- French is a strong advantage.
- Korean is a plus.
Profie
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software
Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- A few years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, software, data, or cloud projects.
- Practical, curious, and comfortable working between technical teams and business users.
Job Offer Detai s
- Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period
- Standard 40 hours per week
- 4 insurances, severance pay.
- 25 vacation days per year. (after the first year of employment)
