Josun Palace Highlights Collaboration with French Pastry Chef François Perret

Josun Palace is highlighting a new collaboration with renowned French pastry chef François Perret, bringing together French pastry expertise and luxury hospitality in Korea.
Recognized internationally for his creative and refined approach to pastry, François Perret is celebrated for combining technical excellence with innovative interpretations of French dessert craftsmanship. Through this collaboration, Josun Palace showcases a unique culinary experience reflecting both French savoir-faire and the hotel’s commitment to premium gastronomic experiences.
Available at the 1914 Lounge & Bar and Josun Deli The Boutique on the 24th floor of Josun Palace, the collection includes an Afternoon Tea Set for two, a Gourmet Cookie Box, and a Signature Marble Cake inspired by contemporary French pastry culture.
