Maison France Festival Welcomes 30,000 Visitors to Celebrate French Brands in Korea

The Maison France Festival, jointly organized by the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) and Hoban Property, welcomed approximately 30,000 visitors to Avenue France Gwanggyo in Suwon on September 12 and 13, 2026.
Held as the first joint initiative following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between FKCCI and Hoban Property, the two-day festival introduced Korean audiences to French brands, products, and savoir-faire across gastronomy, lifestyle, design, fragrances, and mobility.
17 French Brands Showcased in Gwanggyo
The festival brought together 17 French brands: Agronova – Comptoir de Provence, Casademong, Clément Faugier, Côté Table, Crème Cancan, Etat Libre d’Orange, Fermob Korea, Guillaume, La Belle-Iloise, L’Arbre Vert, Les Salins de Gruissan, Maître Savon de Marseille, Matière Première, Oliviers & Co, Pernod Ricard Korea, Renault Korea, and Studio Monjo.
Through pop-up stores, product presentations, tastings, and interactive activities, visitors discovered a diverse selection of French food, furniture, clothing, fragrances, mobility solutions, and lifestyle products.
Families and visitors of all ages explored the different brand zones and experienced the creativity, craftsmanship, and distinctive identity of French companies present in Korea.
A New Platform for French Brands in Korea
The festival followed the partnership agreement signed by FKCCI and Hoban Property on September 9, commemorating both the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and Korea and the 40th anniversary of FKCCI.
Through this collaboration, the two organizations aim to create new opportunities for French companies to increase their visibility, engage directly with Korean consumers, and further develop their presence in the Korean market.
Building on the success of this first edition, FKCCI and Hoban Property plan to organize the Maison France Festival annually while welcoming additional brands, partners, and sponsors.
The strong public response confirmed the growing interest in French products and lifestyle experiences in Korea, establishing the Maison France Festival as a promising platform for long-term business and brand cooperation between France and Korea.
