Le 6 septembre 2019, le MOEL a annoncé un projet d'amendement de l'arrêté relatif au recrutement des ressortissants étrangers.
Cet arrêté vise à mieux informer les salariés de leurs conditions de travail et à simplifier les démarches administratives pour les employeurs.
Il propose notamment un nouveau modèle de contrat de travail pour les salariés de nationalité étrangère en 16 langues.
