Weekly Focus | Business – Renault Korea expands Customer Care Nationwide

Renault Korea is expanding its after-sales operations across the country, illustrating the continued development of Renault Group’s activities in the Korean market.
The company operates 365 service centers and 146 parts dealerships nationwide, supported by parts distribution and digital maintenance services. Renault Korea reports a parts supply rate of approximately 93%.
Beyond its nationwide network, Renault Group-certified technical training programs are operated in Korea for mechanics and COTECH technicians. Additional E-Tech training covers the maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles, integrating expertise from the French automotive group into its Korean operations.
The expansion of these activities reflects the broader presence of French companies in Korea beyond sales alone, with local operations encompassing services, technical skills, digital tools and workforce training.
Renault Korea’s case provides an example of how a French group is deepening its operational footprint in Korea while adapting its activities to developments in the country’s automotive market.
