Launching the FKCCI HR & Compliance Committee: A New Platform to Navigate Change Together!

In an increasingly complex and fast-evolving business landscape, human resources and compliance have become strategic pillars for companies operating in Korea. To support its members in addressing these critical challenges, the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) is proud to announce the launch of its  HR & Compliance Committee.

This new initiative aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among CEOs, HR Directors, CFOs, and Compliance Officers within the FKCCI network. By providing a dedicated platform for peer exchange, the committee will meet on a quarterly basis to address key topics such as regulatory updates, workplace transformation, talent management, and corporate governance.

We are pleased to invite you to the first edition of the committee, which will be held on July 9th. Join us to explore current HR and compliance trends, share your experiences, and help shape the future of business practices in Korea.

MISSIONS & OBJECTIVES

The committee's mission is to equip FKCCI member companies with the insights, tools, and collaborative space needed to enhance their HR and compliance practices, fostering sustainable growth and employee well-being.

The HR & Compliance Committee is built around three main objectives: 

1. Share Regulatory Updates 

• Equip members with timely and accurate insights into changes in Korean labor laws and compliance requirements. 
• Enable members to proactively address regulatory challenges and mitigate risks.

2. Exchange Best Practices 

• Facilitate discussions on innovative HR strategies, employee benefits, workplace management, and compliance processes. 
• Promote knowledge-sharing through case studies and member presentations. 

3. Create a Collaborative Network 

• Build meaningful connections among HR and corporate leaders to support mutual growth. 
• Encourage the development of a trusted community to share challenges, solutions, and successes.
