In this rapidly ever changing “VUCA” world where old ways of doing business are being challenged by new technology and developing global forces, human relationships are under strain. Conflict amongst co-workers, teams and within companies is undermining competitiveness. This pro-workshop is designed to give leaders and managers a practical framework to develop their ability to handle conflict and produce positive results.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

  • Ability to use a practical framework for resolving conflict, with a clear understanding of the design thinking process.

CURRICULUM
