FKCCI, KGCCI and AustCham cordially invite you to another series of "HRD Training Tuesday" seminar on working with Millennials and GenZ. The second part will be held under the theme of "Talent Attraction & Employer Branding,animated by Gordon Dudley, CEO/Founder of RDI Worldwide on Tuesday, May 2nd

 

Desingned for anyone who are either business leaders or HR managers who want to attract Gen Z talent, the seminar will provide an in-depth understanding of Gen Z, their values, interests, and expectations from an employer, participants will learn:

  • Effective talent attraction and recruitment pipeline strategies for Gen Z, including building an authentic employer brand, leveraging social media, offering flexible work arrangements, and creating engaging job descriptions
  • Why What and How of employer branding and how to develop an effective employer branding strategy, and how to measure success using recruitment metrics

Working with Gen Z: Talent Attraction and Employer Branding

Gen Z is the newest generation to enter the workforce, and they bring unique skills, attitudes, and expectations that require organisations to adapt their recruitment and retention strategies. This generation of talent will make up a significant portion of the global workforce in the coming years, and companies that fail to attract and retain them risk losing out on a valuable talent pool. Organisations that successfully recruit and retain Gen Z talent will be better positioned to innovate, compete, and thrive in the changing landscape of work.
