Club V.I.E. Korea Explores the Art of Luxury Hospitality at Josun Palace at FKCCI Premises
On October 29th, the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) supported Club V.I.E. Korea for an exclusive Masterclass at Josun Palace, one of Seoul’s most prestigious luxury hotels and a flagship property of The Luxury Collection by Marriott International.
Led by Mr. Maxime Beyer, Director of Guest Relations at Josun Palace, the session delved into the philosophy and operational excellence behind the “Luxury Guest Experience.” Drawing on over a century of hospitality heritage and the expertise of the world’s largest luxury hotel group, participants gained a rare behind-the-scenes perspective on how timeless French savoir-faire harmonizes with Korean standards of service and precision.
Throughout the session, Mr. Beyer detailed the pivotal role of guest relations in crafting memorable experiences from reservation to post-stay follow-up and highlighted the importance of authenticity, attention to detail, and emotional connection in every guest interaction.
