Luxury Business Institute Korea is launching an innovative e-movie learning solution: “Luxury Attitude Academy”,

the first internationally recognized certification program in the field of Luxury.

Luxury Business Institute (hereinafter referred as ‘LBI’) Korea officially launched its cutting-edge pedagogical solution “Luxury Attitude Academy” during a press conference held on May 10th at the Grand Hyatt, Seoul.

 

Developed in partnership with INSEEC U., the internationally renowned French education group, this practical and comprehensive online solution consists of 12 learning sessions (3-month duration) blending fiction (30-minute drama) and education (interactive pedagogic modules).

 

Through a professional and immersive story-telling, each episode covers a specific topic related to the Excellence of Service and places the e-movie learners into real-life situations. Also, each episode features an exclusive interview with international industry experts sharing their insight on specific luxury service challenges. Upon completion of each learning modules and validation of 4 assignments, the e-movie learner becomes “Luxury Attitude” certified.

 

Successfully launched in several countries including France, UK or USA, Luxury Attitude Academy has been selected by Hotel Le Meurice, Porsche, Printemps, Nespresso or Air France among other prestigious companies.
