POSITION
Orano Korea Ltd. Office Administration Assistant
RESPONSIBILITY AND/OR ACCOUNTABILITY
Provides administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, in coordination with the Office Manager.
The main tasks are as follows:
- Reception of visitors and telephone calls
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Managing all the business trip in the office
- Hotel booking and Flight reservation
- Visitor’s travel arrangement
- Reporting financial reports and other statistical reports
- Invoice issuing and following up
- Banking for all the payment work
- Payroll management
- Purchasing office equipment
- Price negotiation and payment
- Visa Work
- Communication with HQ if needed.
- Issuing of documents for employees (Certification of employment etc.)
- Insurance renewal and management
- Posting and mail reception and distribution
Other secretarial work daily provided
TARGETED PROFILE
- Language: Korean as mother language, Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Organizational and human relations skills
- Proficiency with MS office applications
- Excellent capability on interpersonal skills (listening, supporting, etc. )
- Previous experience in administrative office work
