Robert Walters Korea won the National Service Awards 2021 in the Global Recruitment Consulting Category

Specialist professional recruitment firm Robert Walters Korea was awarded the National Service Awards Grand Prize in the Global Talent Recruitment Consulting in recognition of its commitment to provide high-quality specialist recruitment services. The ‘2021 the National Service Awards’ is organised by The Institute for Industrial Policy Studies and sponsored by Joongang Ilbo, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

 

Robert Walters Korea received the Global Talent Recruitment Consulting Grand Prize for its efforts in diversifying and vitalising regional industries and career paths based on new hiring solutions in the new normal and leading exemplary CSR initiatives year-round. Based on their data and experience accumulated in the past decade, Robert Walters Korea has proactively responded to the job market's needs by providing industry-leading insights to clients and candidates. As the company reported, they preemptively introduced an online interview tool to adapt to the rapidly changing recruitment paradigm amidst Covid-19 and provided webinars on smart work and online recruitment to help companies and job seekers experiencing challenges in the contactless hiring process. As part of their driving efforts to create high-quality jobs and foster future talent, Robert Walters Korea has held mentoring sessions for senior college students by actively participating in industry-specialised online events, including Online Job Fairs.

 

Robert Walters has been committed to creating a positive social impact and encouraging its employees to engage in volunteer work. Each year, they hold its Global Charity Day, where all employees from across the Group participate in volunteer activities to raise money for chosen charities in their local communities and regions. Recently, on June 8, in commemoration of World Oceans Day, their employees participated in a socially distanced beach clean-up activity at Yongyu Island, Incheon. All funds raised has been donated to support NPO OSEAN’s ‘International Coastal Clean Up in Korea 2021’ project to protect and conserve the marine environment.
