Grand Hyatt Seoul has officially unveiled The Terrace Kitchen, a newly reimagined dining destination introducing a refined and contemporary approach to all-day dining at the heart of the hotel overlooking Namsan.
Moving beyond the traditional buffet experience, The Terrace Kitchen focuses on an à la minute philosophy, where dishes are prepared to order and served at their optimal moment. Through open kitchens and live stations, guests are invited to experience the rhythm, precision, and artistry of the culinary process in real time.
The concept emphasizes curated quality over abundance, with carefully sourced ingredients and signature creations inspired by Grand Hyatt Seoul’s renowned restaurants including Teppan, Tenkai, Kauri, and the Steak House. Tableside presentations, seafood ateliers, tomahawk carving, and flambé service further elevate the dining experience through immersive culinary performances.
Framed by panoramic views of Namsan and the Han River, the newly redesigned space also offers expanded seating and private dining rooms suitable for both intimate gatherings and business occasions.
